The Ramsey Recreation Commission's annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest is scheduled for Saturday, October 28th. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. from the commuter lot on Mechanic Street and proceed down Main Street to Ramsey High School where the costume contest will be held. In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be held at the high school.
