The Department of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for the operation of the Recycling/Convenience Center and Vegetative Compost Facility, which is located in the rear of the DPW yard. The site also takes:

Prescription Drug Take-Back is now available any time. 2016 was a record year for this program with the collection of 290 pounds of unwanted drugs. Bring your unwanted drugs to the Ramsey Police Station and help us reach a new record this year.

Recycling Container Pick Up
Need a new recycling container or an extra one? Stop by Borough Hall. Containers are available for $11, cash or check. New residents are invited to pick up a blue plastic container, free of charge, please provide proof of new address.
