Parking Regulations There has been a change in parking regulations on Shuart Lane. No one shall park a vehicle for longer than three (3) hours between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Parking on any public street in the Borough of Ramsey is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM. If your driveway is unavailable, i.e., driveway repair or overnight guests, call the Ramsey Police Department. Permission will be given on a day-to-day basis. Per State Law, pedestrians are to use the designated crosswalks when crossing public streets. Drivers are to yield to all pedestrians when they are in the crosswalks.
