Fence Information

Any fence replacement, repair or new installation requires the signature of the Zoning Officer. |

Fences may be installed up to the property line. |

The good side of the fence must face the neighbors. |
Fences 4' in height or Less

Requires copy of property survey with fence location indicated. |

Obtain sign-off from Zoning Officer. |
Fences Over 4' in Height

Requires a variance from the Board of Adjustment. Forms available at Borough Engineer's Office. Board of Adjustment meets every third Wednesday. |
After Board of Adjustment Approval:

Requires copy of property survey with fence location indicated. |

Obtain sign-off from the Zoning Officer. |
Fence Around a Pool
| • |
Permit is required for any fence around a pool over. Over four feet requires a variance as described above. |
