Board of Adjustment The Board of Adjustment hears variance applications for a business use that is not permitted in a zone. In addition, the Board of Adjustment can grant variances for setbacks, parking and lot size. The Board meets once a month on the third Wednesday of each month. Applications are first reviewed by the Board for completeness; then a hearing is scheduled for the following month. If a variance is needed, an application form will be provided separately from this package.
