Library Board of Trustees
Mayor's appointment. No confirmation required by Council. Meets at library second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. N.J.S.A. 40:54:9
The board shall be formed to consist of seven to nine members, one of whom shall be the Mayor, one the Superintendent of Schools, and five to seven citizens to be appointed by the Mayor, at least four who shall be residents of the Borough.
