MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Ramsey Environmental Commission is to:
Maintain the environmental and ecological stability of the
Borough of Ramsey by addressing environmental concerns
and issues affecting the Borough.
Enhance decision-making by the local government by ensuring that environmental policies are integrated into all plans and projects.
Support education of the public and the local government regarding environmental issues and pertinent regulations.
Encourage maintenance and conservation of open space and wetlands in the Borough.
Review Borough site plans and make recommendations to the local government.
Update and maintain the Borough's Natural Resources Inventory.
