WATER AND SANITARY SEWERS:

WATER:

Approximately 100 miles of water mains; over 800 fire hydrants and 5,600 plus service lines to maintain. In addition maintenance and inspection are done on a daily basis to its fourteen wells; two booster stations; three storage tanks and an interconnection with United Water Company. Water sampling is done on a daily and basis as well as special sampling as required by the NJDEP which are sent to a certified laboratory.

SANITARY SEWERS:

Approximately 100 miles of sewer mains and 1,000 plus main holes to check and maintain periodically throughout the calendar year. In addition inspection and maintenance are done throughout the month on the four pumping stations.
